The answer of the given question is C. its atomic number.
Moseley law sates that the square root of the frequency of the X ray is diretly proportional to the atomic number of the atom to which X ray corresponds.

Moseley law also made possible of the measurement of the atomic number and aso proved the existence of positive charged particles in atomic nucleus.
