i think u mistook 2 positrons to be electrons

after 3 alpha emission mass no = A-12 and atomic no Z-6

after 2 positron emission mass no = A-12 and atomic no= Z-8

so finally no of protons = Z-8 and no of neutrons = (A-12)-(Z-8)= A-Z-4
