As mean life is 1/λ let the no of around after one mean life is N then ln(No/N) = λ(1/λ). Then No/N = e so N is No/e.then percentage of remaining atom are (No/eNo)100 = 36.8%.Hope it clears. If u have doubts then please clearify. And if u like my answer then please approve answer
