It would be B) electrons are light (mass wise) 
As we consider holes as the deficiency of positive charge , holes mass is considered to be the mass of a proton ( there is actually no mass of a hole, but something was necessary to be considered
to define things) therefore we know that electrons are lighter than protons, so electrons are lighter than holes too.
