yes, from now also u can clear IIT 
but just remember few thing---
1. you need to have a good 11 class revision
2. good approach in PHYSICS
3. a regular question practise of 50-100 question daily
4. or u can take test series to judge your performance
5. and if you have any doubt in any subject just ask it on askiitians forum
and study hard
