Answer is (3)

Ib = vi/ rb = 40 u amp
Ic = 20 / rc = 5 m amp

Beta = ic/ib
= 125

Apply KVL across base and emitter junction , 
Vi - 500ib = 0 
20 = 500ib 
ib = 1/25 mA 
We can apply KCL across collector and emitter terminal because 
voltage across collector emitter =0 V 
so , 20 - 4ic = 0 
ic = 5mA
