Moment Inertia net => M.O.I of the rim + 8*M.O.I of the spikes.
=> Mr^2 + 8*(mr^2/12)
=> 1.40*0.3^2 + 8*(0.28*0.3^2/12)
=> 0.1428 Kg-m^2
