Cu+=4s03d10

0 unpaired electrons

Fe=4s23d6

Fe+=4s13d6 6 unpaired electrons

Fe+2 will have 4 unpaired electrons comparatively

Fe+3 will have 5 unpaired electrons

Most steady is Cu+ since it has full filled d orbitals.
