hey firnds i am skipping the chapter on semiconductors whereras AIEEE has questions on them and they r quiet scoring and easy i request all of u to tell me some basic concepts of this chapter. like , what is reverse bias,what is the symbol for p-n junction ,when does it act as a conductor and when as an insulator .not the amplifier ,rectifier stuff,just the basic concepts. also plzz. tell me ,what is the dopant used for n type semiconductor and p type semi-C . thanxxx .
