$n=100/18\\ \\=>No.\,of\,molecules=(100/18)6.023*10^{23}$

one molecule of water has (2+8)electrons

$N_{e^-}=[(100/18)*6.023*10^{23}]\\ T.Charge=1.67*10^{-19}*N_{e^-}V$
