do electrons and protons have any energy with them other than kinetic energy??????????????

If one treats electrons and protons as ‘single’ particle in a charge state

it can have Kinetic as well as potential energy if they are in electric force field.

However in particle physics these particles are bound state of other constituents ..therefore they can have their binding energy which may be expressed as their mass.
