First, find the refractive index of water:
\lambda `= \frac{\lambda }{\mu }
Here \lambda is wavelength of light in air.
after finding refractive index, apply the formula for absolute refractive index:
\mu =\frac{c}{v}
v is the velocity of wavelength in water.
