$\frac{\mathrm{d} T}{\mathrm{d} t}=-k(T-T_{A}) \\=>5/10=-k(40-T_{A}) \\=>5/12=-k(35-T_{A}) \\=>6/5=(40-T_{A})/(35-T_{A})$

Cross multiply to get the answer
