one kw is the power or energy per unit time
1000j/s is the power (given that power = 10kw then 10kw =10000j/s)
we know that
                  E=hf
 where E= energy of a single photon
            h= planck,s constant
            f= frequency of the photon
now simplify equation as power = energy/sec
suppose n photons are emitted per second then we can say that
power=nhf
n=power/hf
n=10000/6.6 x 10-34 x880 x103
n=1.72 x 1031

Electromagnetic Waves. A radio transmitter operates at a frequency of 880 kHz, and a power of 10 kW. Find the number of photons per second emitted. Suppose that the electric field amplitude of an electromagnetic wave is E0 = 120 N/C and that its frequency is v = 50.0 MHz.
