sir, when we call any one our information reacheases rthe reciever how? i mean that after the info reached th e tower . how the tower trans transmitts the signal and how the mobile recieve that and why the the mobilre we cslled only recieve rthe call.

Each mobile has a particular identification. i.e the mobile number . since a mobile number is unique the tower's signals search for the specific number, when the specific number is found it sends a signal directly to it and makes the other mobiles ignore the signal.
