According to a hyothetical theory of atomic structure all the electrons spins in one single direction. If all previous theories are taken as such except the one mentioned here, the number of atoms present in the 2nd period of periodic table would be?

For the 2nd period n=2. ie one s orbital and three p orbitals only
Now each orbital can hold only one electron (pauli exclusion)thus no. of atoms=1+3=4
