W = FS cos xsince centripetal force always acts perpendicular to displacement, x= 900 , and cos 900 = 0So work done is also zero

As the direction of centripetal force and direction of displacement of particle is perpendicular the done by centripetal force will be zero

w=∫F.dx in case of centripetal force F is perpendicular to dx(small displacement) so integral becomes zero
