Why time and motion are relative? Explain it with some examples

Beacause they both depends on the observer’s frame of reference.
Thus, one observer can be at rest from the other frame of refernce and the other one could be in motion with the ither frame of refernce.
Hence igt vaireis due to the frame of refernce accordingly.
And hence time and the motions are corelated.
Example v = u + at from the newton’s first law of eqn.
