Why the mass of isolated conducting sphere decreases when positive charge is given? What I am confused here is, the proton has mass too. So how can the mass of sphere decreses even if electron is lost, there is equivalent number of protons.

It has gained positive charge which means it has lost electrons we know electron has mass so it has lost its mass also.
