pulling is better than pushing because
pulling

then u will get.............

then u will get.............

then u will get.............

compare these cases, in pulling case normal reaction is less but in case of pushing N is more
F=applied force
f=frictional force
@=angle made byF with ground
mg=weight of body
N=normal reaction acting on body
