WHY do the astronauts feel weightlessness in space ??Not only weightlessness but they r also so free to move their body.

There is no gravity in space. Weight is a phenomena which is only felt when there is gravity around. So, no gravity equals no weight. But they do have mass in space. Weight=Mass*Gravitational Acceleration

weight is defined as the product of mass times gravity
as in space there is no gravity therefore gravity equals zero hence they feel weithtlessness
