Xcm = (3*0 +8*1 + 4*2)/(3+8+4) = 16/15
Ycm = (3*0 +8*2 + 4*1)/(3+8+4) = 20/15
so CM = (16/15, 20/15)
Hope it clears............................................

Xcm=m1x1+m2x2+m3x3\m1+m2+m3
Ycm=m1y1+m2y2+m3y3/m1+m2+m3
Xcm=0+8+8/15
Ycm=0+4+16/15
Xcm=16/15
Ycm=20/15=4/3
cm=(16/15,4/3)

For Center of Mass we use formula:
  •    (m1x1 + m2x2  + m3x3) / m1 + m2 + m3
  •    (m1y+ m2y+ m3y3)  / m+ m2 + m3
  • (3(1) + (4)(2) +(8)(1) / 3+4+8 = 16/15
  • (3)(0)+(4)(1)+(8)(2)=20/15
