In universe there is no perfect inertial frame exist. actually earth is not a perfect inertial frame.The earth is a inertial frame of reference because we also rotating with respect to earth ans it doesn't accelerated that's why it rotating with respect to sun yet we consider it inertial frame of reference.because we know the inertial frame of reference is that reference which is rest on moving with constant velocity.
