Hey Gajananda Mani Adhikari,

Look the g provides the centripetal acceleration to the object on the surface of earth while it is rotating.
The situation can be analysed like this the net gravity is the actual gravitation force minus the centrifugal force when the earth is rotating.
But when it stops rotating the centrifugal force doesnot exist and hence net gravity increases.
This effect of increase in gravity will be more near equator than near poles because the radius is more at equator hence the centrifugal force.
Hope it is clear.
