what will be the angular momentum of any point of single particle having constant velocity?

In this case the angular momentum is conserved.
As v is contant.
L = rxmv =rxP
dL/dt = Pdr/dt +rdP/dt
dL/dt =rxF = Torque which is overall zero hence L isconatnt and conserved.
