see, we know that F.dt = dp where F.dt = impulse.

Sorry i typed the entire answer i don’t know why it didn’t get posted. 
We know that F\Deltat = \Deltap where F\Deltat = impulse. 
Px and Py are given, now you know the relation between P and F, So on differentiating Px with respect to t you get Fx and on differentiating Py with respect to t you get Fy.
Py is 2sin t and on differentiating you get Fy = 2cos t. Now you see that both differ by an angle of 90. same for Fx and Px. therefore P and F differ by an angle of 90.
