Dear student
Force-
A force is a push, pull or a twist which has a tendency to change the shape, state of rest or of uniform motion of the body on which it has been applied.
it's SI unit is kg m /s² or Newton.
Tension -
Tension in physics is a force which comes into play when you pull or stretch an elastic material. It always acts opposite to the direction of pull or stretch. The elastic property of the material tries to neutralize this pull or stretch and restore the original configuration of the material when the external force is removed.
