non inertial frame of reference just describes the motion with respect o inertial frame.
For this a fictitious force has been introduce that is psuedo force.
A force that is f= ma is acts in opposite the direction on any object that is expirince the net accln.
and could be solved acting like a ext. force. by balancing and getting ccelled all the moments acccording to the directional forces.
