a = v.dv/dx

To calculate acceleration at any time from the graph, we need to know the slope of tangent to the curve at that particular point. This slope is equal to dv/dx.
At that point (displacement) itself we also get the velocity directly from the graph.
​The product of these two gives the instantaneous acceleration for a given position.
