Relative velocity of man A  w.r.t car  =>
(2vb) – (vc) = vcj
and
Relative velocity of man B  w.r.t car  =>
vb – vc = vci
solving both eqns. we get,
vb = vc(j – i)
Hence the direction is j – i
that is
North – West.
