As no netexternal forces are acting so com does not move
Consider com as origin 30 kg moved X m in +X axis and 50kg moved Y m (obviously in  -x axis)
Then X+y=8
And 30x-50y  =0
Thefore 30kg moves 5m and 50kg moves 3m
