From energy conservation - 1/2mv=mgh

                                  F=dp/dt == impulse on 0.1 kg is =0.1×√2gh= 40dt ......(2)
 
Assume that dt is 1sec  and g=10 m=.1kg so solve this equation 2 answer is h=8km
