Since block M1 is attached to the string so it will remain stationary M2 has tendency to move downwards.so friction on m2 will act in upward direction.
N is the force by which the both block are pressed such that  N=Tcos30
For block m1
M1g+mu(Tcos30)-Tsin30=M1
For block m2
M2g-(muN+muN)=m2a
On solving t is equal to 250 Newton and a is equal to 3 M per second square
