For block A,
ma = mgsin30 + T
T=m(a-g/2)  -----------1
 
Now, For block B,
ma = mg - T
ma = mg - ma + mg/2
2ma = 3mg/2
a = 3g/4
 
Now, putting value of a in eq. 1
T = m(3g/4-g/2)
T = mg/4
