The vertical line must pass through c.o.m so at point A the rod are hinged pb is l/3 and op is l/2 and ap is 2l/3 so cos theta must be adj/hypo so 4/5 also sin thwta must be 3/5 so by sin /cos tan theta must tan thwta and for angle theta is equal to tan inverse 3/5
