Acceleration of block 1 along the string= $a_1sin\theta$
This is the acceleration of the string connected to the right of the moving pulley attached to block 2. The string attached to the left of it is fixed and so the acceleration of block 2 is

$a_2=\dfrac{a_1sin\theta+0}{2} \implies 2a_2=a_1sin\theta$
