There is a bowl half fill with water in that water there is a wood block on that wood block there is a coin . If this coin is drop into water what will happen the water level increase or decrease

from Archimedes principle
we know that the weight of the liquid displaced is equal to the buyoant force
when the coin was on the block of wood the buoyant force is equal to the weight of wooden block + weight of coin
when the coin is dropped , the net buoyant force is less than the previous value because though the block still floats the coin sinks down. that means less water has been displaced. that means water level will go down.
