The vector perpendicular to both is their cross product.
\vec{A}=(3i+j+2k)*(2i-2j+4k)=8i-8j-8kunit vector
\vec{n}=\frac{vec{A}}{|\vec{A}|}=\frac{8i-8j-8k}{8\sqrt{3}}=\frac{i-j-k}{\sqrt3}
