Use first law of eqn. and second law.
For first second,
s = 0 - 0.5g.......................................(1)
v =-g.........(2)
for second meter,
s = -g*2 – 0.5g*4
like this calculate up till 3rd meter.
The ratio would come to:
1:3:5
