Primitive cells were not developed orga.
The primitive cells but not as much developed as the Eukaryotic cells the nucleus of the primitive cell were scattered in the cytoplasm of the cell as the nuclear membrane was not developed and was not present so the  parts of the nucleus were  Scattered in the cytoplasm of cell and and cant be said as a nucleus.
