wrt to 5 we have to calculate the moment of inertia (M.I) 
the distance of each of them from 5   
4kg 1m,
3kg 2m,
2kg 3 m,
1kg 4 m,
6kg 1m,
7kg 2m,
8kg 3m,
9kg 4m,
10kg 5m
so M.I =10*25+9*24+8*9+7*4+6+5*0+4+3*4+2*9+1*16 =622 kgm2
