Use the contraint equation to get the acceleration of the wedge. You get A rod= A wedge × tan@(thetha). So Acceleration of wedge = 9*3/4 = 12ms-2. Now by F.B.D normal reaction (N) .i.e. force exerted by rod on wedge has 2 components. Equate the horizontal component .i.e. N sin@ = Force = M wedge × Acceleration of wedge.So N*3/5 = 10×120> N = 200 N.
