IN CLASS 10 WE STUDIED TUAT TANGENTS DRAWN FROM AN EXTERNAL POINTS ARE EQUAL 
SO USING THIS MAEYHOD , WE FOUND THAT 
DISTANCE OF BOTH THE SPHERE FROM LOWER POINT  IS 14 THAT IS BOTH HAVE TO MOVE SAME DISTANCE RATIO OF DISTANCE IS EQUAL TO THE RATIO OF THEIR VELOCITY AND ratio of DiSTANCE MOVE D BY THEM IS 1m hence ratio of speed of both the sphere should also be 1 hence velocity of sphere b is 9 m/s .
