On differentiating
dy/dx = 6x^2 – 30 x + 36 = 6(x^2 – 5x + 6)
hence x = 2, 3
hence maxima at x = 2 and minima at x = 3
maximum value = 16 – 60 + 72 + 11 = 39
minimum value = 54 – 105 + 108 + 11 = 68
