Both the velocities are perpendicular to each other....
So resultant of these two velocities is \sqrt{(a^2+b^2)}...here a,b are the velocities...
We will get this formula by using parallelogram law....
In this question...a=10 and b=5...so the resultant velocity is...\sqrt{(10^2+5^2)}..
So answer is \sqrt{125 that is approximately equal to 11.2 km/hr
