show that the motion of one projectile as seen from other projectile will always be in straight line motion

Since both of them have equal accelaration downwards (9.8m/s²) , from perspective of one, the other has no accelaration. So they will only have a relative velocity wrt each other, hence one will see another moving in a straight line.

Note the relative velocity might as well be zero, for example when both are thrown simultaneously with identical velocities. So they might be in rest wrt each other. That's just a special case of straight line
