As beads starts moving, its acceleration, dv/dt for the beeds will give you a dynamic equilibrium condition..
mg -Tsin@ = Mdv/dt …..(i) (for vertical beed)
Tcos@ = Mdv/dt -----.....(ii) (for horizontal beed)

Solve the equation and get the answer...
