Correct option is 1
I am confused which concept I apply here conservation of angular momentum or conservation of energy.I can solve it with conservation of angular momentum but not with conservation of energy .So can you please solve it with conservation of energy.

Energy isn’t conserved in this case because it translating faster than it is rotating, which means the lowest point is rubbing against the floor. Conservation of angular momentum is the only way for this because net torque about the point of contact is zero
