Let angle of initial velocity(u) with inclined plane be φ.We have to find out value of (45+φ) as angle given is with horizontal.
 
Time of flight = t=2usinφ /gcos45 = √2 u sinφ /5
 
As it hits normally to the plane vₓ = 0 .
∴ uₓ -gsinφt =0
ucosφ = gsinφt.
Replacing value of t and solving, we get tanφ = 2
To find out (φ+ 45), we use trigonometry.
tan(φ+45) = (1+tanφ)/(1-tanφ) = 3 (as it cannot be negative) 
Ans is tan⁻¹ 3
