calculate the indivisual moment of inertia of two rings and add them up
for ring with radius 4r ,
MI is m(4r)2 =16mr2
and MI of ring with r is simply mr2
adding them up gives 17mr2
i think it is correct
i am sorry if it is not correct as i am just a student of 11th class but this should be right as i am concerned with my knowledge.
